Online store terms

Power Nurse Store sells made-to-order nurse shirts, healthcare worker apparel, and nurse gift products to customers in the United States. Product availability, colors, sizes, prices, and images are shown on each product page before checkout.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted after checkout and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or placed with incorrect customer information.

Made-to-order products

Most apparel is printed after purchase through print-on-demand production partners. Production normally takes 4–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, return, and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Standard shipping is $6.95, and free shipping is available for orders over $70.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate. If an error is discovered, we may correct it and contact the customer when necessary.
