Refund and Return Policy

At Power Nurse Store, returns and refunds are handled within 30 days from the date the order is received.

Made-to-order products

Our apparel is printed after purchase. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer remorse.

Eligible returns

We accept returns only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, such as the wrong style, color, or item. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and no later than 30 days from delivery.

How to request a return

Email support@powernursestores.com with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short explanation. Do not return items to the address on the shipping label. We will provide the correct return instructions after approval.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days after the return or claim is approved.
